Tibetan Head, Hand & Foot Massage

Ku Nye Tibetan Head, Hand & Foot Massage is an incredible healing and relaxing treatment that draws on the ancient wisdom and philosophies of the Tibetan Ayurveda. Traditionally, warmed oils are used in the massage, and they are excellent for the hair and scalp, but this is optional. In a traditional Tibetan medical treatment massage is performed to re-balance the body’s energy in order to allow the body to heal itself. It is based on Tibetan Ayurvedic principles and Sound Therapy and dates back over 5,000 years. The aim is to restore equilibrium and prevent ill health.

The treatment is a seven-stage massage and acupressure of the scalp, face, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and feet. You will remain fully clothed in a reclining position, on a massage table. It helps to wear a short-sleeved or vest style top for this treatment. Due to the wonderful relaxing effects, and in particular the head and facial massage, many people look completely different after this treatment! We hold so much tension in our faces that we are not even aware of most of the time. This treatment will have you looking younger and feeling deeply, completely relaxed.
